Terms and Conditions

To enable SET Publisher to publish accepted manuscripts, authors must provide the following: (A) Author’s Warranties and (B) Agreement on Copyright and Licensing.

Section A: Author’s Warranties

In consideration of publication, the authors warrant and undertake that:

  1. Originality: The submitted article is an original work and has not been published previously. It is not under consideration for publication elsewhere while under review with SET Publisher.
  2. Ethical Standards: The article complies with the Publication Ethics & Malpractice Policy of SET Publisher, including proper authorship practices.
  3. Acknowledgment of Sources: All sources of data, figures, or text reproduced in the article have been properly cited.
  4. Permissions: For any copyrighted material not owned by the authors, written permission from the copyright holder has been obtained and submitted with the manuscript.
  5. No Infringement: The article does not contain any unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material, and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
  6. Indemnity: The authors agree to indemnify and hold harmless SET Publisher and its editors against any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from breach of these warranties, including cases of plagiarism or copyright infringement.
  7. Co-authorship: In the case of a multi-authored article, the corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have agreed to this submission, the warranties above, and the terms of this agreement.

Section B: Copyright and Licensing

  1. Copyright: Authors retain the copyright of their work.
  2. License to Publish: Authors grant SET Publisher the right to publish, distribute, and archive the article in all forms and media (now known or hereafter developed).
  3. Open Access License: All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), which permits unrestricted non-commercial use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
  4. Commercial Use: Any use of the article for commercial purposes requires prior written permission from the publisher.
