Terms and Conditions
To enable the SET Publisher to publish the Article, the Authors must provide the Warranty (Section A) and permission to publish the submitted Article, by establishing the Copyright Assignment and Licensing (Section B).
Section (A): Author’s Warranty
In consideration of the publication of the Article, the authors warrant and undertake:
a) that their Article is an original work and has not been published before. The Article is/will not be submitted to any other journal for publication while in consideration for publication with SET Publisher.
b) that the authors complied with Duties of Authors while preparing the Article, as stated in the Publication Ethics & Malpractice Policy set by SET Publisher.
c) that they have acknowledged the source of all material reproduced in the Article for which they do not own the copyright.
d) that they have obtained written permission from the copyright holder to reproduce in the Article (in all media now or later developed, including print and electronic form) all material whose copyright is not owned by the Authors, and that they have attached to their document true copies of each such permission that I have obtained.
e) that this Article contains no violation of any existing copyright or other third party right or any material of an obscene, indecent, libelous, or otherwise unlawful nature and that to the best of their knowledge their Article does not infringe the rights of others.
f) that they will indemnify and keep indemnified the Editors of SET Publisher against all claims and expenses (including legal costs and fees) arising from any plagiarism complaints, any breach of this warranty, and the other warranties on my behalf in thier Agreement.
g) that in the case of a multi-authored article, they have obtained copyright assignment from all co-authors, in writing, including consent to enter into this Agreement on their behalf and to bind them to it and any modifications of it. All co-authors have read and agreed to the above warranties and undertakings, including the accompanying notes.
Section (B): Copyright Assignment and Licensing
The Authors will retain the copyright of their work published by SET Publisher. The Authors acknowledge and agree that SET Publisher will publish their work and that SET Publisher will be the exclusive “Licensee” of the work. They understand that their article will be published with Open Access and will be freely available to users under the terms of the Attribution- NonCommercial 4.0 Creative Commons License (the “CC BY-NC”).
